BEST WESTERN ALAMO SUITES, San Antonio – Your ideal downtown stay

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were quiet and well taken care of, offering ample space and good hot water for showering, with 2 king-size beds that were perfect for my needs. However, I found the location a bit sketchy at first, a bit far from the lively part of the riverwalk, though it was a short drive to downtown San Antonio.

The hotel rooms are very nice and always very clean with plenty of towels, the WiFi is just okay, and I enjoyed the indoor pool. The service was super friendly and accommodating, but the location could be a bit tricky to find despite being close to downtown. The dining options could use some improvement, with limited choices, especially for kids.
